I don't know why in this period i'm fixed with carrots ♡ ~(^з^), so i decided to do some recipes with them.
Things you'll need:
- Sunflower oil (200~250 ml)
- Sugar 75 gr (i do not put a lot because i don't like things too much sweets, but you can change it and put more)
- Two egg whites (because the red part is only cholesterol and the whites are the proteins)
- Carrots (of course) min. 300gr
- Wholewheat flour 400gr
- Baking powder enought

I cutted carrots as a julienne, i separated the egg whites with red...
and then i put all the ingredients togheter ლ(o◡oლ)
after i prepared two baking tins and shaped the biscuits as oval balls ಠ_ಠ, i created almost 40 biscuits.

It's time for baking! (亝ω亝。)
I put all the biscuits into the oven on 220° for 20-25 minutes and here we are! Aren't they delicious? They're perfect for a break with tea in the afternoon or in the milk for the breakfast.
